In the gym, he is able to tailor a very personalised program for myself and work closely to achieve my goals. He is very supportive of me, and has encouraged me to maintain my fitness working on my potential and beyond. Whether it be when completing a variety of exercises within the separated PT room or in the broader gym area, he explains the exercise clearly and often the theory behind it; whilst ensuring he adapts the weight/exercise as we go through the reps. Outside of the gym, I find him very supportive and an excellent communicator when organising our sessions (he has been very flexible and understanding in fitting in a PT session, when my schedule changes last minute) as well as sending friendly health and wellbeing reminders.
